When Papa Kelseys opened in Idaho, years ago, I tried the Italian Combo for the first time. Best sandwich I ever had. I went back all the time. When I began traveling to Logan, Utah, I was thrilled to find a Papa Kelsey's there to. My wife and I loved it. Some things came up in my life that kept me away for many years. I just made my first trip to Logan since 1992. My first thought was "I wonder if Papa Kelsey's is still there?" Right where it was years earlier. The next questions was, "will the sandwich still be as phenomenal as it was?" Was there last week 6/11/2008. All I can say is.."Nice Job, Papa Kelsey's and Henry!" The best sandwich then, the best sandwich now. What a great surprise to find out my favorite place is still going strong after so many years. Will return to Logan often, if only to have a great sandwich from Papa Kelsey's and Henry.
