Since I'm a recent transplant from Vancouver, Canada, I've been spoiled by the richness and the great number of restaurants that the city had to offer so read the following review with this in mind...

I've been living in Manchester, TN for just over a year now and recently (today - Jan 26, 2008) decided to give them a try as I see them all the time when I go to Walmart (they're next door to the retail giant). Went in, sat down, had a plate of food, went for seconds. Haven't even finished the plate yet, the bill was presented in front of me! I never asked for it and I wasn't even there for more than 20 mins!!

I had to ask for a refill of my coke. Not that the wait staff was unfriendly; it's just that they didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome is all. They were just going through their robotic motions I suppose.

In any case, my bill came to $9.17 (tax included). Finished my third plate (they're all small portions), had an ice cream (took my sweet time), but I was still only there for just under an hour.

That is my last time to set foot in that restaurant even though it is the closest to where I live.

I am preparing to file a complaint for this restaurant.I was there with my wife,2 and 3 year old kids.We were asked loudly in front of everybody if we were buying for 4 or 2 from open buffet.Me and my wife lost our appetite we kindly paid $18 and left.I am a local physician,What an experience.
