Terrible experience. Arrived 7:50 p.m. for 8 p.m. reservation for four. “Your table will be ready in about 5 minutes. We sat until 8:35 p.m. until I asked “What’s up?” It was clear we had been forgotten. There were 3 empty tables in our room alone. Then the real trouble began. Pre-prandials were not transferred as promised until we waved down a waiter. Waitress, who was oh-so-yuppie-sophisticated, also was slow, inattentive, and not knowledgeable. We tapped our fingers waiting for entres. My wife’s $37 steak arrived COLD, other entres luke warm. We asked for decaf coffee, got regular. The food was not worthy of the $285 bill, increased by my foolish 20% tip. We could have had a nicer time next door at Taco Cabana. I should have tipped only 10%.
