Given that dining options are limited in Borrego Springs, Pablito's is a fine choice for Mexican fare. The sauces, while somewhat mild, have a homemade flavor. It's hard to find wait staff in this picturesque retirement community so the service is friendly but can be slow on busy weekends. Decorated in typical Mexican restaurant style; the outdoor patio is nice. A clean, casual establishment that is fine for the kids, the overall dining experience exceptionally average!
