The Operacaffe Restaurant is an Italian restaurant that was opened up by Patrizia Branchi and Roberto Bernardoni. Most of the dishes that are served in the restaurant was based on where the couple used to live in Florence, Italy. Most of these dishes are usually only served during the summer in Florence. These dishes include spaghetti with saffron, and cream and zucchini blossoms. The other dishes are served during the winter months in Florence. These dishes include a duck sauce with Rigatoni and veal shanks that are braised with a variety of different vegetables, white wine, and broth. The rest of the menu has some of the chef's favorite dishes from Florence.
