George Psomas from Mac's cafe and Ted Paizis from Paizis' Concessions have come together to bring you some of the best Mediterranean food in town. They have combined their knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, and today's lifestyle and came up with a menu that is fresh, healthy, fast, and full of flavor!
There are many diets on the market today, but one of the best diets in the world is the "Mediterranean Diet". Simply because you really don't have to diet. Fresh ingredients, and lots of vegetables is our way of bringing this diet to you. Stay away from processed fast foods and come eat "Fresh Fast".

Great pizza and great service. From the cook showing my kids how to throw the dough like a professional to the game room and the BEST chocolate dessert I have had in years, this was a great dining experience.
