Good food, awful service
They are not family friendly. We were not offered a high chair and there is no changing table. The server never introduced herself, seemed preoccupied and spoke very quietly.
As we finished our appetizer the server brought out our Stromboli. Between enjoying the appetizer, feeding our daughter and going outside for a diaper change I had not had not even taken one bite and the server took our Stromboli and put it into a take home dish in order to send us on our way.
We were told we were not allowed to use our gift certificate it on the very large ($17) Stromboli and that it could only be used on the dinners. The gift certificate did not indicate in any way that it could only be used for certain things. After we got home we checked the website I bought it from and it does not say anywhere on the check. This means that the manager sold these gift certificates without letting people know the technicalities and the technicalities are printed nowhere!
