The food wasn’t all that bad but not the best either, they did have prime rib although pretty tough and you had to cut it with what was the equivalent to a butter knife, the biggest problem here was the lack of food. The salad bar portion was the biggest of the 3 bars they have. Very unimpressed

The first visit, was not good. The food was cold and hardly a selection. And for the price, I was not satisfied... About a year later I give it another try... Still dirty, still not good. Panda Express is just up the road... and delicious. Go there.

For a Chinese buffet, this one is better than most. The food is good, and the restaurant is generally clean. Overall, it's a good place to grab a quick bite without spending a fortune.

Ci Ci's is a kid-friendly place. The food is quick and okay. Sure it's noisy but it's a great place for kids to have fun for the value.
