Myrna Yannieh is a beautiful and successful businesswoman who combines a genuine love of her culture and heritage with a sincere appreciation for her new found homeland.
She brought to Fairfield County its first truly authentic Lebanese cuisine; a tribute to her mom's home cooking. Her mother, Laudi Sophia (Seen in the photo second from right), inspired and taught Myrna to prepare a healthy meal using wholesome, old-fashioned methods.
