Myles Catering

In the lifespan of Myles Catering, LLC, this culinary endeavor continues to grow into what many consider a “Connecticut Culinary Institution”. Closely attuned to the company’s mission, it is guided by the philosophy to provide culinary experiences par excellence accentuated by a rich and vivacious culture of client satisfaction. It has not only earned the respect of its valued clientele, but has also demonstrated sound business and financial stewardship that is motivated by ethical responsibility.

Myles Catering, LLC has expanded its enviable service to the greater northeast corridor to include clients in New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, among others. The culinary strength of this establishment represents the best of ethnic and contemporary cuisine as it continues to serve a significantly diverse market.

Naturally, Chef Myles prides himself on his allegiance to his cultural heritage and his acute understanding of the exotic herbs and spices that are a signature addition to his cooking, an understanding that few have managed to acquire. Fresh thyme, lemon grass, nutmeg, ackee, and flying fish are among the many “island ingredients” that he works with.
