About Mustang Sally's Diner
Open six days a week from 7 am to 7 pm, their food will “knock-your-bobby-socks off.� The old classics and some zesty southern flavors can be found here. Breakfast offers up numerous ways to have your omelets prepared and, some locals' favorites are always a hit like the “Skinny Minny� and the “F-150� – these will surely have you wanting more. Monster Burritos, Enchiladas and the forever classic BLT with a “T� in front if you choose to add turkey are fun at lunch…and don't forget that warm and fuzzy feeling when you think of their Tuna Melt. All dinners are served with choice of soup, house salad or Caesar-style salad, steamed veggies, garlic toast and mashed or red garlic roasted potatoes. So come in, relax, and leave the cooking to them. They've been in Henderson for quite sometime and they aren't going anywhere…they're just here to take care of you!

Love this place! Those sliders are SO good and the atmosphere is just what I like... friendly and homey. Can't get better than this Cold beer, Good food and Friendly people. Oh! and try the pancakes!
