Food and hospitality have always been extremely important to the Kasle family. After the Kerrytown Bistro was closed, it was a natural course of action for Steve and Mercy to find a new restaurant to call home. This time, they wanted to create a menu that would be completely unique from anything Ann Arbor has ever seen.
With help from formally French trained Chef, James Jilek, Mercy was able to incorporate her own Burmese and Asian influenced dishes into the menu. Thanks to Mercy's head server, Matt Goins and Sommelier, Beth Smalley, Mercy's goal is to provide quality service that coincides with their unique and delicious menu. Mercy's is sure to go above and beyond Ann Arbor's expectations!
Mercy's wish is to provide a World Class every day eatery and dining experience with an array of dishes rooted in French and Asian traditions. Mercy's provides only sustainable locally grown and raised farm, fresh foods, which are transformed by their chefs at the height of flavor and nutritional maturity. Mercy's offers a variety of gluten free dishes and they are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.Mercy's is open Tuesday through Friday 4:30pm to 10pm and from 5:30pm-11pm on Saturday. Valet is offered through The Bell Tower Hotel.
