Mekong River has the distinction of being one the very few vietnamese places in Tulsa that is both: open on Sunday, and open until 8pm on Sunday. That's a rare combo and quite noteworthy when you're craving Pho and think you're totally out of luck on a late Sunday afternoon/early evening. I've really only had the Pho at this point, so that's what I will address. I would categorize it as, not the best Pho in town. BUT it gets a lot better on Sundays, when most of the other places are closed. Super worth it, when you have to have a pho fix. The service is really good, and very friendly. Highly recommended for both, South Siders- and Sunday hangovers.
Chimis has fantastic food along with quick service. Every thursday they have Live Event Trivia which is really fun. You have to try the Fresca Salsa--its the best
Have taken out from here twice now and really enjoyed both meals. 1/2 lb. burger with fries first time was terrific. 2nd time I got the rib dinner and was very pleased with the flavor and fall off the bone tenderness of the ribs. Beans were good too

This place had horrible food, and even worse service. It was very hard to get a drink at the bar. It seemed like a "good 'ol boys club" at the bar. If you weren't part of the group, you would be overlooked.
