Disappointed!! No one sat us for several minutes nor did any take our drink or food order for quite awhile. Finally some guy asked if we were ever helped and he took our order. We orders the pretzels and beer cheese but were informed they were out. Ordered the spaetzel and found out they were out of spaetzel also. No flat iron steak, red cabbage or German potato salad because they were out. We finally got our order and one side of the Schnitzel was burnt. The other piece of Schnitzel was good but the mashed potatoes were tasteless. Finally we went to pay our bill with a coupon and they refused to take the coupon. I will not be returning to the Meisterhaus anytime soon.
