A diner from columbus
Apr 9, 2010
The experience at this restaurant was awful. The chef threw a raw egg which landed and splashed all over my son and me. After that he dropped the oil bottle and splashed oil all over my sweater. Between the raw egg all over my pants and oil on my sweater, I am looking at about $12.00 in dry cleaning costs. The food was less than average and the service was poor. They did not even offer me anything for spoiling my clothes or even had the courtesy to give me a fresh napkin after cleaning up all the egg on myself and son. I would not go back to this restaurant on a bet and I am sorry I ever bought a coupon to this place on restaurant.com. If the place is in business a year from now I would be surprised. Truly a miserable experience, and even as we mentioned this on the way out all they did was smile. I can think of many other Japanese restaurants in the area where I could spend $35 or less for the same meal and get a lot more to show for it. They need to get a clue on customer service.
