Mcdonald's

I have driven the I 57 route for 9 years on weekends. Every few years I stop at the McDonalds in Manteno and remember why I eat elsewhere. It is the slowest miss managed mess in the McD system. I have complained to the owners before and they persist the poor work. Don't bother complaining they will try to throw you a free burger and do nothing to fix the management problem. It has taken more than 15 minutes to get a burger at the place. If you drive south one more exit there are much better options there. If you cross the lot or the street there are well managed options available. Best advice skip the exit and choose one north or south of there. I think its generally not a McD's issue but an issue with owner of these stores. In fact if you mention to the attached gas station that the McD's is very slow they will agree and admit that that's just the way that McD's has always been. So the word is out stay away. The McD's stores on the exits north and south of there are slow and a mess. But if you want a McD's go to the Bradley Location one exit south of there or a few north. Skip the this one or use the neighboring competitors. This is a 9 year issue so there is no chance of this ever being corrected. Oh and for the record this is the first post I have ever made.
