I would I could give this Mcdonalds in Eagle River Alaska negative scores. After waiting in line in the drive through for 15 minutes only because another car pulled behind me I went ahead and placed my order to a unfriendly voice who was rude and could not even give me my total and told me to drive ahead. I looked inside to see dirty floors and a employee who blew his nose then served someone there meal, when I suggested to a coworker he wash his hands they told him "that guy" told you to. I watched in disbelief as he went out from my view and waved his hands at me in a taunting manner. I watched as the manager filled up there soda and payed no attention at this point I lost my appetite, i got my food, fearing it had been tampered with and the fact it was all cold and disgusting not one thing I was served was I able to eat because of the disgusting appearance and working conditions it was prepared in. If someone there could have refunded my money I would have but I feared it was beyond there capabilities at this point. Worst Mcdonalds ever in my life, it was down right criminal.

a diner from Eagle River, Alaska
I was visiting one fast food store, McDonald's, in Eagle River, Alaska, and there were no clean serving trays available, so the manager, probably twenty years old or so, decided to serve all customer's orders in 'to-go' bags. The dirty trays laid stacked on the garbage cans, and not one employee took them to the kitchen to have them washed. I looked around at all of the people at the tables, and they all had these 'to-go' bags, rather than a serving tray, and the customers were not in very good spirits after witnessing the lack of customer service. Almost every customer was displaying some sort of dissatisfaction at the level of service being provided. I should share with you, that this particular restaurant is notorious for being poor in almost every aspect of the business. One time, I sat in the drive-thru for twenty five minutes, and there were only three cars ahead of me. This McDonald's is the worst fast food restaurant that I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to many, even in Asia. You would think that when a customer is made to wait beyond what is acceptable, that the employee would at least apologize or acknowledge the wait, but they proceed as if nothing is out of the ordinary.
Pete's Barbeque is a far cry from East Texas, "dry rub". But over all it was the best BBQ that I have had and probably will have in the, "Great State of Alaska".
