Was with CHVA group May 22, 2005, I will mentioned a reservation was called in WAY ahead of time, so plenty of time to have appropriate servers, cooks, etc. We waited one hour and a half for our dinner, not exceptable, baked potatoes were burnt black, not acceptable, fried chicken I ordered was not done inside, husbands chicken fried steak, was over cooked, not exceptable. AND THEN we were forced the 20% gratuity added to bill. NOW I understand that with LARGE group, BUT when such poor service, TERRIBLE preparation of the food, for the WHOLE group, you need to be advised I will NEVER visit you restraurant again, as the whole group felt that way.
