Brunswick Restaurant Guide

The Madd Chef`s Café is located in the Hickory Ridge Plaza in Brunswick. When you dine in our upscale Cafe, you can dine on fresh soups, salads, grinders, and upscale entrees as well as our Madd Fries (hand-cut daily with 12 different spreads for dipping!). We offer a wide selection of 20 different salads, with everything from the croutons to the dressings made from scratch. Our salads feature a blend of 10 different lettuces that are purchased fresh daily, then cut, washed, and mixed for flavorful combinations matching the theme dressings. Also on the menu are internationally inspired grinder sandwiches, burgers, and pastas. We also carry a selection of Midwest regional foods prepared by our local growers. While dining in our Cafe, you can watch the chefs prepare meals in our open kitchen.
