I love their pizza, the people who answer the phone and who work at the counter are usually friendly and polite. I do have a few issues related to service and ambience. First, service. I've stopped ordering food for delivery from them since they always do something wrong. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and got a plain salad with no meat, yet was still charged the higher price. I ordered a chicken caesar salad another time, and they brought a salad covered with pepperoni and hot peppers. Now for ambience. I've taken my kids there to order a slice of pizza and a drink. They have cute tables set up and it's clean, yet the guys behind the counter are using the F word and loudly. Not what I want my kids to hear. They're also located on a very busy road and forget about making a left turn out of there. It's impossible. Despite all this, I must state that their pizza is very good and is a great value for the price.
