Looking for good authentic Italian food? Lucia's Italian, Helena AL is the perfect place. The Best Pizza, Pasta and Appetizers. I had the special Stuffed Shells which is not on the menu. I choose the pesto cream sauce. Fresh food is hard to come but at Lucia's one bite you can experience the freshness.
