We recently had dinner @ Los Toros on a Saturday evening. We had to wait an incredible amount of time before being seated (over 1:30 hr.)The place was very busy and there wasn't enough room to sit or stand in the entrance, so many of us went outside in the cold.
The service was very poor. It took forever to get a waiter, we got chips and salsa but no water, napkins or silverware.
The food was mediocre. Many of us had cold food that we didn't send back due to the late hour. My chicken was so dry, It felt like eating cardboard.
Given the prices charged, we expected better service and attitude from the staff. Needless to say we won't be back, all 13 of us!!!
