several times hair was in food bathrooms are dirty so i assume kitchen is not too clean either won't eat there anymore

Moved to Brick in 2004. Found Dim Sum to be far better than most of the chinese restaurants in the Coastal New Jersey area. But, a far cry from the quality of food served in Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn, NY. Maybe

Great takeout chinese. I am asian and think this is the best chinese food around. All dishes are fresh and very tasty. Hot & sour soup is made fresh daily. My american friend also really liked their general tsao's ch
