Not upscale, but a good basic steak restaurant with a very tasty steak.
Service is valued, the servers seem nicely eager to please without being overbearing or "hovering" intrusively.
Unless you are looking for an upscale place, this is quite an excellent choice for a good steak. (Notice--I consider myself an excellent barbecue griller and from me, the above is QUITE a compliment. I am very picky about my steak.)
