Wow! Where has this place been hiding all my life? I found it accidentally while driving through the country-side in Medina Co. Apperantly it was on old stage coach inn from the 1800's, so the restored ambience is wonderful. The ribs and wings were better than anything I have ever tasted. All smoked right there. I hear they have won many rib burn-offs. Understandable! The prices were great for such huge servings and the wait staff were friendly and quick. We tried their beers from their new micro-breweries and I'm sold. No more imported beer for me. I'd like to keep this as my own hidden secret but once you try it, you can't keep it to yourself.
