One that could make you and your taste buds travel to Guadalajara his home city in seconds. He makes sure that all the food is 100 percent homemade. He gives each and every plate a little twist to make it his own. At the same time he keeps the flavors of the food as authentic as it should be.Owning a restaurant was one of the most important goals in Sergio's life. Inspired by his mom, Sergio started to cook at a young age. While he was helping his mom in the kitchen, Sergio was learning some of the recipes he uses now in La Perla Tapatia.
