Diner reviews of Krystal
A diner from Alabaster AL

I went to Krystal on my lunch break because we just got one here. I had never eaten at one so I just tried the number one. It took me nearly 45 minutes to receive my food through the drivethru and by the time I started to eat it was barely warm and it was disgusting...the cheese was stiff, the buns were soggy.. and it made the rest of my work day awful... I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Line long. Very congested. Slow service drivethru. Fries and order sat in window while previous customer in line waited for her order which was what caused my wait. Point is, my order sat and got cold while car in front waits. Why not have the driver pull forward and serve those orders ready and waiting? Thanks for the cold lunch.
Keep in mind, Guthries didn't last very long on providing poor service at this sight location.
