All Kobe dishes are artfully crafted by hand in our sushi bar or grilled through a mouth-watering culinary performance in our teppanyaki grilling theater, the largest of its kind in Fredericksburg County. In the center of your Kobe dining table is a six foot-long Japanese ironplate grill where our dramatic Teppanyaki cooking performances take center stage nightly just inches from your seat.
