Restaurant Description

Our restaurant's heritage springs directly from the campfires of Genghis Khan { 1162 - 1227 } and Kublai Khan { 1215 - 1294 }.

In the 13th century, the mighty Khans and their Mongolian warriors created the worlds largest empire. Conquering was hard work and created tremendous appetites in people who were very accustomed to getting things "their way." They, like you, often found themselves pressed for time and were not found of waiting for their meals.

Over 800 years ago, a brilliant solution was created. Warriors placed their heavy round iron shields over a roaring campfire. Slicing meats and vegetables thinly, with razor sharp sword, then adding noodles, fragrant oils, tasty sauces, herbs and spices, their meal was ready in just a few minutes.

We are proud of our heritage and think we have improved upon it, after all you don't need to bring your sword and shield to KUBLAZ and we offer take-out!
