The food at KFC is always good whichever store I visit. It's the customer service that is horrible. I've been ignored on several occasions when I ask about the difference in pricing between stores. Just recently I got the phone hung up in my face and when I tried to call back to question about pricing I got the fax machine. Food there, pretty good but the customer service makes it that much worst.
