Diner reviews of Kelly's Cafe Restaurant
A diner from Phil, PA
Oct 24, 2006
Kelly's was a great time. The staff was very friendly, if a little busy. It was a convention weekend so there was a reason for the rush. Everyone seemed to have thier eyes open, and the food was very satisfactory. I would prefer a little more spice in the menu, however the good-old time menu gave lots of choices. Only problem we had was that one of the steaks came out too rare...hey better that than too well done.

For me service and food are the first matter of a restaurant. the service was horrible, the waitress forget us. I have a child and it was so long that he has time to take a nap. One time it can happen, but when you return
