i grew up in the area but live in pittsburgh now. I loved joey's chicken cutlet bilbies so i thought that i would order one. First of all, the wait was 35 minutes and when i went to pick up the food, it was so crowded that you could hardly fit through the door (you would think this would be a good thing). However, when i got the food home, i realized when i opened the box it was not what i remembered (calzone with grilled chicken instead of fried, lettuce and pickles placed on the top and no mayo). I called to see what a bilby looks like these days and they stated that they thought that i ordered a chicken calzone (wrong). he stated that they are extremelly busy and the order taker might have heard the order incorrectly. They suggested that i place another order (the correct order) but it would take a really long time because of how busy they are. Thanks! I refused and he suggested that they could take off a few bucks on the next order. thanks but no thanks! Is this all you could do. I could go to burger king and get the wrong order and they would give out a free kids meal and value meal (this is the truth, it happened to me). i came all the way from pittsburgh craving the chicken bilby and was let down, big time. I would not recommend this food joint, and management could be a little more understanding and less greedy.
