I recently (1/19/08) had an occasion to stop in at Jim Bob's in Opelika, AL. There were three of us and each had a different item from the menu. The food was quickly served and well prepared.
I must say that I was mostly impressed by the employees that worked there. It seemed that they were, for the most part, young and energetic. The entire staff worked extremely well together. Everyone was courteous and helping each other. The trash was being emptied, the tables were being cleaned and none of the employees were standing around as if they didn't know what to do.
It was a pleasure to see a well run organization with all in harmony. I also enjoyed the plaques on the walls and the shirts the employees were wearing. A welcomed sight indeed.
