Whether you're local or just passing through, be sure not to miss Shuckers! This restaurant is under new management and boasts a new, less expensive menu-- and *everything* is delicious. There's steak, seafood, sandwiches, etc., a large variety of appetizers, and an amazing chocolate cake. Plus, live bands have replaced d.j.s on Friday nights. Again, if you haven't been or aren't sure where to go for dinner, J.D. Shuckers is well worth the visit.

JD Shucker's is under brand-new management for the first time in a loooooooooong time. There is an amazing new menu with tons of choices, no matter what you're into, and is very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and the kitchen is obviously working very hard. This is not the Shucker's of the past! We will definitely be back. Tell your friends!!!! There are even live bands on Fridays and a full bar! But the place is still quiet and friendly. What more could you want?
