My friends and I all used to go to Jason's after a night out. There service is terribly. The waitresses do their best to stay as far away from you as possible and you have to ask for the same item 5 or 6 times. I had forgotten how poor the service was and I went back in just two weeks ago. STUPID....some things never change, it was still terrible.

I have eaten at Jason's easily over 50 times and they almost always have warm, friendly servers and prompt at seating you, getting your order and serving your food. They have quite large portions too. The place leaves a bit to-be-desired in some other areas though: - Ambience - the decor is plain and outdated, but lots of windows for the sun to shine in helps balance that out, to me. - Food - I haven't ever been impressed with the food or coffee. There may be large portions, but I wouldn't ever eat the left-overs and the coffee just does not have a good flavor, ever. I always seem to forget that, so I'll order some and am quickly reminded of it. That nothing seems fresh or healthy I think would be my overall opinion. I think if it's not healthy, it should at least be made with the finest ingredients so it feels decadent to be consuming it. As well if you choose to eat something that's better for you, it should be made with the better quality ingredients. So you're rewarded with fresh flavor & texture and a creative use of spices. This is the place we go when nothing else is open or everywhere else has a long wait. So overall, good service and prices, but nothing special.
I took my daughter to Buger king and ordered 2 for $ 5.00 ANd I was not happy at all they over did it on the mustard & ketchup we couldn't even taste the meat all we had was the mustard & the matchup leaking out the bottom of the bun and out the side
...
Love this place! Great food, great coffee, incredible service, warm, comfortable atmosphere. The ideal cafe! The grilled cheese sandwich is heaven on a plate =]

The food was good and the prices were reasonable, but the customer service was horrible. I'm not going to recommend a place that lets its employees stand in the lobby and call their patrons "a bi***" and "nasty customer" because they were busy and couldn't keep up with the rush.

Excellent food with good service at a reasonable price. We ate there several times and all the meals were great.
