The roast beef lived up to its expectations. It was tender, large portion and I didnt need a knife. The gravy and potatoes were an excellent side as well as the brocolli casserole and then add corn and green beans with a touch of cornbread to make it feel like home. The deserts are great and my favorite is the German Chocolate.
Jacksons Cafeteria is the best cafeteria food in the greater Charlotte-Gastonia area. The vegetables are magnificent and fresh, the meats are juicy and tender and the deserts taste like they are homemade. The new location since 2009 is clean and warm and it feels like good home cooking. You carry your own tray to your table so the service is what you make of it. Overall it is fresh, tender and flavorful.

From classic Thai food to sushi, this food is outstanding.
Service at dinner time can be a little bit slow, but lunch time service is always fast and friendly!
This has become one of my favorite restaurants!

Horrible. Not kid friendly and the staff is RUDE...I will never eat here again. If you have kids I would not take them here unless they can act like little adults...

We've been customers of jacksons for years. The new location is SO much nicer. The portions have gotten smaller for more money - I guess that's just the economy - THANK YOU for a great place to eat !

They have the greatest roast beef ever. Everything I ate was delicious. When I visit from Las Vegas this is where I eat atleast once.I am from Mt. Holly.
