A diner from Springfield

Went there on a Saturday night with a party of 6 in the dining room only 2 other tables had people.
It was very dark had to use a candle and flashlight to read menu. 4 out of our 6 meals were horrible and waitress did not know what to do. We suggested getting the manager or a kitchen staff member but neither showed up and left the inexperienced waitress to deal with us.
The beef tips were a joke petrified cubes and the steaks were like leather which were ordered medium and all were well done and cold when served.
Their answer was that they were not going to charge us for the bad meals and they never tried to make the meals correctly.
Before leaving I finally spoke with the Manager at the front desk a girl who had no clue what she was doing and told her it was wrong not to have come to our table and left the waitress with 6 unhappy guests.
So I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.
We left and went to Pazzos and had great meals there.
