I eat lunch there at least once a week. The people are very friendly, the food is always fresh and plentiful, and the prices are reasonable. Its an excellent value for the money. They accomodate special requests and always ask how the food was for your feedback, in an attempt to make it better. Its nothing much in terms of ambiance (come on, its a deli) so don't expect linen and candles on the table - there are tablecloths and its always clean. There is a rewards program, too. With ten punches on your card, your next lunch is free. I highly recommend Ironstone, one of the best kept secrets in Medford.
