There's definitely some management issues at this location of IHOP. They are usually fast at getting breakfast on the table nationwide, but not in Kerrville. We were seated in 15 minutes, but it took another 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter said they were having problems in the kitchen. Another waitress exclaimed she would "walk out" if they sat one more table in her section. The restaurant was about 2/3 full on a Sunday morning and the kitchen and wait staff still couldn't keep up. Definitely need some better management at this location.
