We have been eating here for over 20 years.
Family owned and operated authentic chinese cuisine.....real chinese cook in the kitchen! Fresh...incredible food for a small restaurant. We are dissapointed when we go somewhere else for chinese food because it is never as good as HUNAN WOK! We feel like family....they are so-o friendly.

We've been eating at and getting take out and delivery from this restaurant since 1983 or 1984, and it has stayed excellent!

We enjoy the food and the people who work there. We're so glad they've stayed consistently good!!!
My inlaws from Amarillo consistently have taken us there over the years, because they enjoy the food as well!!

We have been going to Hunan Wok for well over 10 years and have yet to find a chinese restaurant with food that compares. My family just returned from a long stay in San Francisco and dined at the best Chinatown restaurants and my 17 year old daughter asked if we could go to HW when we get home because the food was better. As a matter of fact we are going there tonight for her birthday.

THEY REALLY SHOULD NOT REUSE THE MUSTARD,DUCK SAUCE AND DRY NOODLES FROM OTHER TABLES, IT'S SO DISGUSTTING. NOT TO MENTION THE OLD SMOKEY SMELL.
WE WON'T BE BACK.
THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD PAY THEM A VISIT!!!

I love their food! I wish they would open a store in Grapevine!

There are so many people who are not able to enjoy the EXCELLENT food because you can tell there is a smoking section the instant you walk in the door.

I took a chance on this place after reading th other reviews and wow it was great the food was delicious and they brought out my 5 yr olds dinner with the appetizer (which is great because shes a really slow eater)it was warm NOT HOT and those of you with children can understand how great that really is. over all I would have to say the service is the best i've had better than much pricer places. give it a try and I think you'll be happy you did.

This restaurant has charm. The service is impecible. You can't get 1/2 way done with your drink before someone is there to refill it. The food is FABULOUS!!! For a treat, try the pupu platter...they set it on fire right there on your table! They have NEVER EVER served something that wasn't just right. The plus is that they deliver to your home as well. You can NEVER go wrong with Hunan Wok!!!!

Consistently the best Chinese food in the metroplex! The Sesame Chicken is to die for!! I'm not sure how long this restaurant has been in business, but I have been going for more than 10 years and it's always wonderful!
