About Howard House Tavern
In 2002, the Ruth family celebrates 32 years in business. They have owned and operated the Howard House since 1972. They have built and maintained a fine reputation and preserved some of that "Old Glory", due to its food specialties. The renovation efforts of Jim, Terry, and Sandy have made the Howard House Restaurant and Tavern an attractive and enjoyable place to taste Maryland's favorite seafood.
The Howard House serves a lunch and dinner menu daily of homemade soups, steaks, steamed crabs and seafood; so don't make the Howard House a favorite secret of out of town visitors. Eat in Downtown Elkton today and savor some of Maryland's finest food.
