Everything is really good.
But they are closing down the business at the end of 2011.

This is the best Japanese Restaurant in Edmonton and area. They consistently have high quality food and excellent sushi. The location and service is not at the highest standards but the price reflects that.

An excellent place for sushi, the best in central Alberta! However, contrary to what it says on this website, the restaurant is not closed--it is open and business is booming! Highly recommended for the polite and informative staff, delicious food, and affordable prices!

Everything is so good. However, sometimes the servers are not functioning at all. They are talking, texting and even day dreaming. They should be look after the customers more often.

Best service around. Everyone is friendly and the food is always quick if there is not a rush or the restaurant is not overly busy (such as a friday night). The food is unbelievable, and the staff is informative and wonderful all around, not to mention goregous.

We eat there often, we have never had a bad meal. The owner and the staff are always friendly. Always good

over all a great little place to eat. Food is fresh, neatly presented, with good size portions. Small and somewhat crowded seating, However It does have a nice ambiance. The service has always been nice and friendly. The only curious thing is their schedule...The resturant seems to be closd more that it is open.

First and most importantly, the food is very good. Fresh and inovative sushi at an excellent price point. As others have mentioned service can be slow. While sushi preparation can be time consuming there's no shame in making sure the guests are well hydrated and attended to, is there? The venue is small and dated, which can be charming in it's own right. It is kept clean though and it is a real gem for local dining.

The food is very good - authentic sushi that tastes very fresh. The service can sometime be slow, depending on who your server is. I waited for 15 minutes to get asked if I wanted anything else, and my plates still then never got cleared off my table. One waitress, which I think is related to the owner, is VERY good! I try to get her all the time. The overall experience is good!

The Honshu restaurant has a wide variety of menu items suitable for all ages. I enjoy the opportunity to eat some good sushi at a convenient restaurant right here in Spruce Grove. You shold make yourselves more visible through advertising so that other people will come.
