Are you kidding me?
Awesome BBQ folks. thought I was going to get hot dogs and hamburgers when I showed up to this event and there was these guys in a big black smoker smelling up the place with slow cooked pig. The owner looked 19, and I thought Hmmmm?
These guys broke out the linens and everything. Canopy over the food.Sauce variety.
They cut the meat up right there in front of you.
Talk about personal touch, chicken was falling off the bone. Was great, for only like 10 bucks a person I heard. Who else goes through these lengths to provide fresh food right there in your own backyard. Those guys were hustling all over the place in the heat. In between the cutting they were washing the cutting boards with white vinegar, talking about cleanliness. Everyone was very impressed. If you want better Barbeque you better learn to make it yourself.
