Drive-thru is EXTREMELY slow. Can't figure out what the problem is since Hardee's in Athens, TN is much busier yet manages to keep the line moving swiftly & smoothly. On 5/9/12, ordered a bacon biscuit. Received the normal 4 small slices of bacon; however, 2 of the 4 were past burned to a crisp (they were completely black) and the cook chose to slap them on the biscuit and serve them anyway. Since they have no regard for customer time & care- I'll never be back to this Hardee's location.
