17th Street, Happy's Express. Same owners. Worst food I have ever eaten. Everything we ordered had a horrible rancid flavor like it had been cooked in really bad old, rancid oil. We tried the chicken, beef, loo mein and fried rice. All of it had the same horrible flavor. When I called about it asking if I could take the order back (that we only ate maybe 10 bites total of), they were extremely rude. Said they would only give me other food or nothing. It was not their fault we didn't like it. They refused to give us a refund then hung up on me. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

Happy's is a great place to eat. The food is very good and while they don't look over your shoulder you are not neglected. Everything is fresh and well prepared. I am always confident of having a good dining experience. My kids love the Sweet and Sour Pork or Chicken. You can select the spicy/hot level on a 1 to 10 rating scale. I am partial to the Ginger Beef and the Lo Mein is very good.

Tried it out and loved the new changes they did to the foods! There seemed to be more varieties and i love the grill too!

I concur with the previous reviewer who noted that Hong Kong Restaurant has very good Chinese food. It's also a very good value. I got a meal to go at 9:45 PM on a Friday night with Sweet & Sour Pork, Pork Chow Mein & Fr

Terrible customer service. NOT a sports bar. I called in to ask what was showing that night and was hung up on by the woman on the phone.
