Diner reviews of Golden Dawn Diner III
A diner from Trenton, NJ
Feb 28, 2010
On March 28th I ate at Golden Dawn and for my main course ordered Pork Tenderloin. Up until this point, everything was OK. The tenderloin chunks were smothered in gravy so I did not notice until the last three pieces that the pork was UNDERCOOKED! Some of the pieces actually had slight red dripping and the inner part was PINK.
As we all know, you can get very sick from undercooked meat, especially pork.
I pointed this out to the waitress, who by the way was a very good server. She said she would get my concern to the manager. After about five minutes, I am given my check and asked if I wanted dessert. Where was the manager? It's not like I asked for or was expecting a "freebie". The MANAGER OF GOLDEN DAWN never came over to the table. I found this to be exteamly rude. When I went to pay the bill, I told the casheir that my main course was bad. I have been a longtime patron of Golden Dawn, but from this day on THAT IS OVER! The manger should be inducted into the "Hall of Shame"!

Good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pasta specials allow you to get the pasta and sauce of your choice, with a few add-ins free for the asking. Nice for people who like a certain food, or don't like something 'extra' in their sauce.
I've eaten here many times and never had a bad experience. The portions are quite generous. And the fries are VERY good.

We loved the food at Golden Dawn and went every
Friday before we moved to GA. Miss the Diner!
Visit every time we are in Trenton to see
friends and relatives. Georgia does not have
the good food found in the Northeast! They
don't even know what Veal is!!!!!

This is an awesome diner; the food is excellent, the service is terrific, and the price is right. This is must place to eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

EXCELLENT FOOD! Great atmosphere just like being in a fun family restaurant in Italy. Owner Gary and family make you feel right at home! Try all the pasta sauces!
