After hours, this is a bar, pure and simple. However, the food is excellent for the price point. They serve what some may call standard bar food, but with unique touches and quite a bit of variety. Every day during the business week they have one or more lunch specials for $5. You can't even eat fast food for that price anymore. Fuel isn't fine dining, but it is good food at a great price. Most of the girls are personable. The bartenders are definitely more fun and relaxed, I guess because they've been there the longest and have been singled out for their excellent customer service skills. TVs all over covering what's available in the sports world along with free WiFi. If you don't want the bar dancing part, don't stay past your bedtime!

Have been to Fuel several times, because it is across from work and gets chosen far to often as a default place to grab a beer after work. The prices are INSANE, they actually charge you more if you order a drink with ice, and $6 for a coronoa? the service is horrible, The hooters rip off girls are so so, but the dancing on the bar is far from entertaining, the food is low grade greasy, I mean chips and salsa wherethe chips are dripping grease!, went for MMA one time and they kept blaring the music so we could not hear the PPV show (why show it to draw in customers if you are going to do that?, I would recommend Ugly Joes long before this place

so many people have commented on the dancing on the bar.. ITS COUNTRY LINE DANCING! there is nothing degrading about it in the least. the dancing on the bar is fun for everyone, the waitresses who do it and the people watching.. its something no other bar in the area does. As for the scantily clad waitresses? you may see a bare belly every once in a while. this is a fun bar. the most fun ive had in a while actually. Go in and experience it for yourself.

It is likely the same guy that keeps going back to see if the girls are "still dancing on the bar" just so he can "make sure"!!! Bottom line, if Fuel is NOT your cup of tea, don't go in there, you have options, say... Plaza III???

I do not like the fact that the girls dance on the bar. Did not expect to see that!And definitely not for kids or families.Should advertise that its a strip club or at least pretty close to it.

I will never go there again for the fact the waitressess need to wear a lot more clothes and stop dancing in the bar imodestly dressed. It was gross!!!!!! The resturant could be a good time but if i wanted to experience what i did i would go to a strip club. I can't believe Overland Park would allow such a place.

Fuel kicks butt. The food is good, the service is good, and the waitresses are hotter than Alabama asphalt. And I sincerely hope the management doesn't listen to that last reviewer, because the scantily clad waitresses and chicks dancing on the bar are precisely what makes Fuel the best bar in Kansas City.

Very disappointed with the fact that the waitresses danced on the bar. Haven't we moved beyond that? The food and atmosphere were great. Women don't need to be used to get people in the place.It is just not necessary for place with so much potential. You could even pull in people with some real money without degrading women. I hope the management will think about it.
