We have eaten at Fresh Ginger many many times since they opened, although the last time will be just that, the last time, while weating our lunch in the dining room, my wife was eating her white rice and she noticed something dark colored in it, it turned out to be some kind of bug or roach, we showed it to the waiter and quietly left the place and have never been back again, it was disgusting.

I work right across from Fresh Ginger so I do go there a lot, and I think that the food there is great, their crab ragoons are the best I've ever had, and to the only I've had that hasn't made me sick. The pork fried rice is very good, depending on the day it can be extraordinary, or it can be ok. The service isn't completely great, I think mostly because they don't have enough staff, and sometime the staff is just sitting down doing nothing, so their wait staff is probably the worst part, and its not even completely bad. But the food is great and you get a lot for your money.
