This Omaha landmark recently (8/08) hired a new chef who is experienced in classical cuisine and understands French cooking like only a native Frenchman. Look for great things out of this restaurant's kitchen as well as upgrades in service standards and overall ambiance. This restaurant will set the standard in French cuisine and service in Omaha for now.
I have dined at this restaurant for many years and the difference since they hired the new chef is night and day. The sauces are so good that you almost want to cry. I can't say enough good things about the food now.
