Me and two of my friends badly wanted to eat dumplings. Fortune was the nearest. As we were not really hungry, we ordered 3 plates of dumplings and did not order anything more. The owner made a big fuss saying we had to order more food as the minimum amount a person has to pay is "$6". When we were given the check- she had the grace to mention that there was a 15% for the tip. Not the service I expect from any restaurant.I am not going back even if I have to feed my entire family.
